It’s so nice to have my 126505LN Daytona back the wrist. It’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed this guy. I didn’t take it on my California trip last week so it’s just been sitting in the safe at home patiently awaiting my return. I’m one of those guys that appreciates the heft of a fully precious metal timepiece and it’s so nice to feel this beast on my wrist. Hopefully, I have time today to write another installment of my trip out to California. #wruw #collecting #swissmade

Indeed! And I’ve got another heavy hitter coming Friday. I’m so frustrated it’s not arriving tomorrow like I expected! 😔

Thank you, James. It’s one of my favorites.

Heft makes such a difference. As much as I love my titanium pieces, weight is nice too!

Definitely, titanium has its perks with comfort and wearability, but sometimes you just want that substantial heft on your wrist—it's a reminder of the value and craftsmanship behind the timepiece. The weight adds a certain satisfaction and presence that money can't just buy, it’s earned.

So well said my friend! Though my Breitling isn’t a precious metal, and some may call it “too large” at 44mm… I absolutely adore its heft on wrist. Looking forward to the days of a full gold piece like you Paul!

Soon, you'll be treating yourself to a full precious metal piece, and you'll wonder how time flew by so quickly!
