Why is my watch sometime loose and sometime right?

Can anyone help me out with this problem or I just have to suck it up? Thanks in advance!

Your wrist swells and shrinks based on temperature, and your activity level. Sit still in an air conditioned room and your wrist shrinks slightly. Walk quickly outside in the heat and you wrist swells slightly.

Other things will cause changes in wrist size throughout the day, but those two are the most obvious and easiest to replicate at will, to test for yourself.

Your wrists, like much of your body, can expand and contract throughout the day. Heat, diet, etc all have an impact. Happens to everyone.

So I just have to suck it up?

Get a micro adjustable bracelet so you can easily change it throughout the day. It’s a life saver!

So I just have to suck it up?

Bracelets with some form of "on-the-fly" adjustment are one way to deal with it.

I prefer the use of MN straps that are elastic, so they never feel too tight or too loose. My preferred brand is Erika's Original, but there are lots of options out there.

If you are wearing a bracelet, give yourself about 1 finger of room space so that it doesn’t fit too snugly. I saw your WRUW photo and see that you are in No.4 , so if you are on the field and your wrist expand from the heat and exercise, that one finger will give you some breathing space. Hope that helps. If you feel the bracelet is too loose, what I usually do is wear the watch slightly higher on the wrist.

Both great suggestions: MN straps and on the fly are my preferred choices most of the year. I’ll do regular steel bracelets in the winter.

Try Marine Nationale strap, it might be the antidote for your problem. Or wear rubber strap they usually won't get to tight while your wrist expanding.

I have a watch on the bracelet without microadjustment. In the past I had same situation as yours - now it fits perfectly most of the time. Either I gained some grams or maybe wrist grew due to gym :) but as people say - yours is a common occurrence. You can try different strap options
