Are there watch collector that do this.
I have friend collect watch very big collection. But he only wear 3 watches every week. I even help negotiate him get some of his watches example I help get a preown snowflake mini and never worn at a great price. But he never wear it not even size. He love the watch will not wear It. But he will wear yacht master Rolex.
just Wonder do any one also themself or a friend buy a watch never wear but just look at it, and never will sell because he love it?

I have a decent size collection and I wear every watch, some more than others of course. Everybody has their favorites.
I have 11 with two more on the way. Of the 11, five are worn once a week, the rest are worn once or twice a month. There are two or three I would part with, but am in no hurry to do so.
I never sell my watches, so the collection just keeps growing until I give some away to friends and family.
It's not possible to wear all of them regularly, but I do look at them frequently - take them out of the watch boxes and examine them. I also like to study them and the brands and sometimes write posts about them.
I think this is normal behavior for collectors. Why collect if you are not admiring the collection periodically.
I wear all my watches regularly except one. For no rational reason, I baby my Tudor BB41 blue and rarely if ever wear it out of the house. It still looks new and I kinda like it that way.
What is he saving them for? Enjoy every watch you can while you are above ground. Someone else will enjoy them when he is gone.
I wear all mines. I get what you saying I have a good friend that gave me... Sorry to say its a dam butt ugly watch. I kept it because its a gift. Thats it I haven't wear it.
