Autodromo Group B x Hodinkee
Finally! Always wanted a Group B but never got one because I like my auto inspired watches to be chronos. Loving the yellow/black but if this is a LE then I’m sure we’ll get more basic colors down the line with a regular release… right?
Just hope these are mekaquartz to keep the thickness down 🤞
Update: Manual wind Sellita SW 510 M B, 13.4mm thick!

Very much a giorgetto giugiaro Seiko inspired move. Not bad but 1500 is steep, no?

I know what you mean, I think the car liveries didn't translate perfectly over to these watches. I thought I would be all over the Martini S4 or Quattro S1 but... meh.
I'm still going back on forth on the 037. However, I know if they do a red night stage I'll be all over it!
Dial layout and fun colors remind me of the Giugiro Seiko chronos. Though I prefer how it looks on the Autodromos
I enjoy this one and the brew metric in pvd, very racing inspired without actually copying the past 1:1.
My fav is prob the yellow and black dial. There is the black pvd on the left but wish it has a black dial instead of a bright white dial.
I impulsively ordered the green one.. already own a 3 hander with the fixed lugs. We’ll see how it is in the flesh..
I love that they are doing a mechanical chrono as it's a perfect conceptual match to the brand (much better than their recent group c), but, that dial is far too much of a Seiko homage for me. -and not my favorite either.
