As the stay at home, dad, I am always cooking. Tonight we have twice baked potatoes with Colby Jack cheese, and sous vide fillet with a little torch finish after an hour soak. all while wearing a new to Me Seiko turtle PADI edition (Pepsi).

Thank you sir. I have a 6309 out for service. I figured this would pair nicely with the older version. there were some greens with this dinner also. the broccoli just wasn’t ready at the time of post.

I got hooked on soup dumplings at King of Noodle in SF. One of the lesser known Bourdain recommendations. Turns out you can buy them frozen directly from the little old ladies that make them. There’s a tiny storefront across from the restaurant.
I just picked up a bag of the Costco ones. Haven’t tried them yet.
