€85 Tourbillon

OK, I've bit the bullet. I've gone and ordered a Chinese tourbillon and it cost me less than €85 all in. What could possibly go wrong?!

Are you sure it's not just a tourbillon in name only ,and not just an open-heart disguised as a tourbillon? Plenty of those out there.

I will post a 'review' when it arrives in a few weeks. Watches-Wiki.Net says that it is actually an open heart. It's still a nice looking watch for the money though.

After further research, this watch contains a Seagull ST8000 movement. It is advertised by Seagull as a Tourbillon movement. I provide the link to their website so that you guys can look and judge for yourselves.

If it looks like a tourbillion (it does), and SeaGull says it's a tourbillion, it is a tourbillion. They put it out about 2 yrs ago, if I remember right. SeaGull is a legit watchmaker, low-end for sure, but credible. I owned one, not the tourbillion, for a while. A decent watch for the money. Their tourbillion was a lot more than this and probably a better watch, but this one is most probably a tourbillion using that movement.

I don't see any examples of a Seagull ST8000 supporting day/date subdials and month/year windows. Interested to learn about this as Seagull was selling the movement alone for 369 USD.

There is of course the very high likelihood that it is nothing more than a clever approximation of the movement. As @Foghorn says, Seagull were selling the movement alone fot $369, so the figures really do not add up!

Update, Loreo seem to have removed this watch from their official shop on AliExpress. I wonder if a mistake was made with the listing. I am also now wondering what I will receive in the post.
