I just received mine as well but it seems to have a problem. I tried to wind it up manually as written in the manual, but it just won't start. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Crown pushed in fully and turning clockwise. So disappointing after those momths of waiting

Does it start at all if you manually sway the watch from side to side to rotate the counter weight?

Sadly not. I already wrote Maen support about it.

I had a positive experience with their customer service. With the warranty, you should be able to get a replacement. Sadly, the orientation of the date was slightly to the left, I brought it to be inspected by a trusted watch source and his opinion was that there was no alignment issue but that the date was printed slightly to the left. I’ve grown to except it as a unique flaw. Other than that I really like the watch and it’s a staple in my rotation.

I actually got my email mine shipped this morning. I’ve been waiting for like five months.!! Great choice

Have you tried winding it both ways? If not then I'd just take it to your local jeweler and have them take a look at it. If there is a fault I'm sure MAEN will be happy to have it sent back for replacement or repair. That does suck though, I know how I'd feel if that was me.

I think they send a lot of them out at the same time depending on when you place the order. Mine was meant to be shipped the end of May but it arrived today, was like Christmas.

The only problem I had with this watch was changing the links. I usually remove them myself but they were simply impossible to get out so I had to take it to my local jeweler so it won't be a problem again unless I get them adjusted

I see they changed the logo font on this model, too. 👌

I tried that and again clockwise and gave it a nice shake and for somw reason it started ticking. And it's working and I'm overjoyed. Thanks for all the answers and suggestions. Now I can enjoy my new baby as much as you do.

Yeah I noticed that, I ordered it when they had the old logo and after seeing the new one on this watch I've fallen even more in love with it, I think it's a great change, subtle, but great
