Our father loved Star Trek and watched it both when it originally premiered and in reruns, and he introduced it to my brothers and me while we were all young. We may have diverging interests, but we all love Star Trek!

I'm lucky enough to be working with folks from Star Trek. Always been a fan and actually being part of it is a dream come true.

Oh, I love Star Trek! My favorite movie is the one where Han Picard fights the teddy bear borg guys on Arrakis. He’s so cool, man.

I like the one where the Liberator exploded but it was really a sister ship and everyone had been fooled by Orac's prophecy.

Star Trek connects us in many ways. I would have never become an engineer if I didn’t dream about being the Captain of the Enterprise.

Amazing. I’m very jealous. Keep the dream alive.

I accept that geeks rule! Watch geeks being trekkies is a natural. I have been and always will be your friend.

Of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most... human.

Worst movie in franchise: Star Trek V. Worst character: Sybok, Spock’s emotion filled brother:

What does God need a starship for? 🖖🤣

I loved Star Trek when it premiered on television in 1966, the stories were not exactly original even to a poor immigrant kid living in a gritty community in Toronto, the stories borrowed heavily from mythology and touched on very basic principles of philosophy and civilization. I am not an uber fan with recall of the episode titles but one of my favourites was: CITY ON THE EDGE OF FOREVER.

I grew up with Picard’s Enterprise but getting a chance to visit Kirk’s era via the new shows Discovery and Strange New Worlds. The 60s must have been a crazy time to grow up. Technology didn’t quite match Roddenberry’s vision back then.

The 60s were amazing, best everything except for 2 long hours of Chinese school right after regular school. Lol. The acting in the original series was pretty sad, but Bill Shatner was fun to watch. Oddly I am not much of a fan of any of the following spin off series, Star Trek was special in the same way the 60s were memorable.
