In theory if it were subzero outside and I wanted to frequently know the time while outdoors (maybe I'm a busy homeless or something) this would make sense.

Man, y'all sound like my wife!! So to my defense, I don't sport it this way often, but when I do it's during colder seasons when wearing many layers. I just was super curious if there were any other Sock & Sandals/Flip-Floppers in WC community. LOL 🙃
