Missing in action!
It was a couple of months ago that I bought an auction lot of watches. In this lot were these two HMT Pilot watches. I have had the honor of wearing the black one and showing it on WRUW. I'm looking for the white one today and I can not find it anywhere.
I have been camped out on the couch for this hip replacement. The bed is up too high. The couch isn't a soft one to sink into and it's the right height that I need. I have been using the coffee table for a watch workbench and my exercise papers.
I remember having the HMTs sitting on top of my exercise paperwork. I have a small trash can that sits by the end of the table where the paperwork is. My wonderful woman came to empty the trash and picked up the paperwork. She asked if any of it was trash? As she picked some up. Papers and watches fell as she did this. Some things fell in the trash can. I took the paperwork out of the trash not realizing that the watch could have fallen in too. It would have sank right to the bottom.
Off with the trash my woman went. I haven't seen the watch since I don't think. Here is a picture of it in case I don't find it. Until then it's missing in action.
I have been collecting watches for a while now. I have so many watches that I wear a different one every day. Cheap to expensive, if I like how it looks I wear it.
