New Hamilton Khaki Field 38 hand wind
My latest. I’ve been wanting a Hamilton and a field watch AND a hand wind watch for a while now, so 3 wants 1 watch. Took a chance on the 38. I actually really like it. It looks slightly small on my wrist compared to what I normally wear but not too small and not dainty. The lug to lug is long so I think that helps it feel perfect on the wrist and look good.
The brushed steel is really cool. I didn’t expect it to be so matte but matte was one of the appeals of this watch so I am quite pleased.
The watch looks great, feels great, the winding action is like nothing I have felt before, and I am very impressed with the quality of the bracelet.
Adjustment and wearing will have to wait a few days. My current kits screwdriver is just a touch to large.

Congratulations on a great watch! I love my Hamilton Mechanical Field! In fact, I typically wear it at some point every day. If I'm not wearing it out during the day I usually swapout in the evening. No better tactile fun than winding that little watch. One very cool aspect you may not discover right now because you will be wearing this watch every day for a long time - the power reserve. Let this watch sit for 3 days on a full wind and come back to accurate time keeping. Then you get to wind it 20 + times to recharge 😁.
Only 3 wishes for this watch 1) 100 meters water resistance as other Hamilton models have 2) screw down crown would be cool 3) Titanium brushed and/or polished option for weight. Let's face it this watch is actually very light already. Just a wish list

Same. I bought the watch with the NATO and then obtained a Vario bund and finally the bracelet (which is my favorite look for this watch).
