For the golfers in the house

This is a wrist worn time-telling Golf Course specific GPS device. So while it’s not technically a watch, it does walk like a duck and quack. I post it here mainly because it’s a new piece of kit that one wears on the wrist and I’m pretty dang excited about it. It will probably not elicit much excitement to those who don’t enjoy chasing a little white ball around. My local course opens up a week from Friday, so I am keen to put it into use sooner than later.

I’m golfing this weekend but find wearing a watch a restriction on my swing. I default to using an app on my phone and a rangefinder.

That was my modus operandi last season but I got tired of pulling my phone out of my pocket. I’ll still use the range finder for slope and such. I always wear a watch on the course only difference is this will be lighter.

Shotscope (or any type of game tracking device) is one of the best ways to improve.

I have the older iwatch looking one. Thinking about picking up the clip mounted version.

This is the one "smart watch" I will definitely use lol.

Agreed. I used to use Game Golf but the belt clip was an annoyance and the software was dodgy, but conceptually, I was all about it. This seems like a double win. The V3 was in my cart until I saw this one. Amped up to put it into play.

Cheers!
