I haven't owned one myself but I've heard some good things about Steeldive watches in that price bracket. Amazon UK sells the SD1953 for under £100 I think. The movement is a Seiko NH35. Happy to stand corrected by someone with hands on experience though!

On Amazon: Vostok Amphibia starts at $91.30 (£67.50), with some models having 39mm case diameter, 46mm lug-to-lug. They have mechanical/automatic movements.
Amphibia with mods (bezel and strap):
You will get better pricing and better selection if you purchase directly from Vostok, Meranom, or Komandirskie websites … but you can buy them from Amazon if you're willing to pay more.
Make certain that the water resistance is listed. Vostok also makes field watches (the Komandirskie) which usually have 30m water resistance. They look like dive watches, but they (usually) cost a lot less than the Amphibia.

If you don't mind bumping up to 42mm, I think Orient has some good options around that price
