Great collection - excellent watches - you've got it almost completely covered. Now you just need to select a nice dress watch. I don't really think of the PRX as a dress watch more of a sporty casual watch.
Based on your design cues, I would suggest an Anonimo Epurato...here are some choices...

I don’t dress up past business casual all that much so have never focused on dress watches. If needs be either the Seiko SARB033 or Grand Seiko Snowflake would pull dress watch duty. But I do have a salmon dial Baltic MR01 on order - delivery next summer - specifically to fill the dress watch role.

Excellent - same here. I think it is scheduled for June. I also picked up the salmon dial on bracelet.
