About 6 months ago I got into watch collecting, though due to being a student in a 3rd world country I'm mostly buy vintage mechanical watches. One of the things I've noticed is that most dials are relatively basic sporting a sunburst or a flat dial in the price ranges I find. This was one of the pieces I found that blew my mind and I wish to know more of similar designs.
The watch was made by a company called Octo (that shut down in circa 1950) and measurs 33mmD & LL at 36mm.
Also I got it for roughly 250egp (8.3$) as a non runner and after maintenance it stands at 600egp (20$)

It looks like more a blue "Tiger's Eye" pattern to me.
Here's a modern Sekonda from the UK with a similar pattern and an older model:
Tigers eye pattern got it
Thank you so much for helping me out my friend ❤
Reminds me a lot (on pattern) of my Green Orient.

Any ideas on the model number?
