Another milestone watch acquired

Here's the story behind it, though I'm slightly in shock at the moment, as I had wanted this watch for so long.

Back story:

This green persage (SRPD37J) was the first watch I that got me into the grove of enjoying watches to start collecting them. This happened roughly 2.5 years ago when I was scrolling with my then friend (now SO), where she justed we go browse an old watch shop in downtown. The watch caught my attention and I instantly fell in love with it, though at the time I opted against buying it, as I wanted to wait for a sale or anything.... sadly what came next was a series of serious currency devaluations that meant I can't afford it. (1usd = 16.5egp to 1usd=32.5egp & an actual rate of 1usd=42.3egp)

Fast forward to this year where my older brother lives abroad and wanted to buy something for both my birthday and graduation since he wasn't here for birth. My brother contacted my SO and she recommends him to get me a watch since I'm infatuated by them citing every watch I had on my list. The mad lad goes ahead to buy me this watch, where he suprised me with it when he got back from the airport. I'm still dumb founded that he took the time and energy to get me that watch and I'm dazed to say the least. My mind still can't comprehend that I have it on my wrist rn, nor that it is mine.
