Hi everyone! I’m looking to get a watch to commerate the gender reveal of my first child (it’s a girl!) I have tried the watch in person and it fits my 6.5 inch wrist perfectly. Which dial colour do y’all think is more suitable for such an occasion? Am also open to other suggestions (around this budget and size). Thanks!

Congratulations!
Personal take, I don't see one colour being more suitable than the other. I voted green as I like that colour better between the two - which do you like better?
Love the quartz #tissot both are equally great.
Surely a salmon dial would be more appropriate for a girl???
PRX mother of pearl dial.
Congratulations buddy! I think that both are great and what matters most is which color you prefer and would wear the most/fits most of your outfits, that's what's going to make the watch more suitable for the occasion, not so much the color.
If you're interested in getting a rubber straps as well for it, our "Minimalist Rubber" are specifically made for the PRX 35mm and you can preview the look before you purchase.

Thank you!
I have a slight preference for blue and it feels easier to match. The green would be a fun choice that (aside for this occasion) I would not usually pick for a watch.

I felt that salmon might be too on the nose for the “it’s a girl” vibe, and I thought the baby blue or “pseudo-tifanny blue” may be more fun! Interesting choice though!

Thank you for the recommendation! I’ll check out your store after I’ve bought the watch! Still torn on my decision but I’d say the blue may wear better on most of my outfits. Good advice!

I agree, the ice blue will fit most outfits. Personally, I think that the Tiffany is a trend color and not a watch you wear super often nor keep for a very long time, which I think is what you’d like with this kind of purchase
@skxcellent @kernit @Inkitatus @skyblue @SartorialeStraps Just closing the loop, I got another watch (Seiko SBPK003 JDM) instead as it was on my watchlist for the longest time and was selling at a price I couldn’t resist! I know its totally different from the PRX, but I love it nonetheless (just like how I kinda wanted a baby boy initially but was blessed with a baby girl 😂). If anyone is interested, I wrote an independent review on this sleeper Seiko pick for my love of the watch!

Thank you.
It's a bit out of hand tbh, they don't get fair wrist time so will have to do a bit of refining this year. 🤔
Cheers 🙏🏻

Congratulations - yes I enjoy Tissot too, Tissot 1853, Say hello to mine "Little Patina", now getting on like me! Found in a small watch shop in Asia, begged me for a home back in Europe. She wanted my ❤️ (sorry about late post long day at work, Patina was so glad to see me!).
