Certina joins the integrated trend

Well, if you like the PRX but not the angular case design it seems that Certina has an option for you. All are offered with a Powermatic 80 movement & a stainless steel case. (Though, the blue dial is apparently in titanium). Lastly seems these will all be 39mm in case diameter. They remind me a bit of a slightly upscale Citizen Tsuyosa.

I guess the Intergrated trend is going strong.

I guess the Intergrated trend is going strong.

Every time I think its settling down, another brand throws their hat in the ring.

I remember reading that the integrated bracelets trend was dead after the release of the PRX. I read these same words after the release of the Tsuyosa. Then I read the same words after the release of CW’s The Twelve. I’m ready to read that the trend is dead after this release.

Looks like a butterfly clasp, so I think maybe that blue titanium would be my pick as would need to wear it a little loose on the fitting so would prefer a lighter case. But that green dial looks good!

Plenty of others probably feel the same. But I think that even with our enthusiast “foot on the brake pedal”, this one may still be rolling a bit longer.

I'm partial to the blue titanium and green dial models.

Part of me likes how utterly bland and generic this type of thing is, as it is very GADA in that midcentury classic way.

However, their photographer needs to be sacked. The black and green one look as though the bracelet has colored inserts, which it does not.

It is an odd angle for sure.
