Most companies do 12 size because the movement makes a large wristwatch. 16 size is an option but harder to find. Vortic makes both.
If you go to the Vortic website, they have a section called customizer or something like that… You take a picture of the watch movement and send it to them and they tell you if they can make it into a wristwatch and give you an estimate.
There’s another website called frettclockworks.com that has a webpage… They make beautiful wrist watches out of pocket watches. I don’t have any personal experience with them, but it’s another option.
