Ebel Wave Sport Classic. Closest current model is this.
That Ebel watch was one of the most popular luxury watches in the 80s. The wave style bracelet was unlike anything else at the time & it contributed hugely to it's popularity. Unfortunately Ebel seem to have dropped off a cliff in terms of their popularity & prestige today. They have never been able to evolve their design too far beyond the watch you've posted.

I see quite a lot of them coming up in auctions & I suspect it's that the owners of these watches have sadly passed away. They don't sell for huge sums, usually less than £500. It'll probably cost that to get it serviced & polished, although if it's a quartz model less so.
I have to admit to trying to get one at auction recently. I'm looking for one that's pretty beat up that I can give a bit of love to & bring it back to some sort of former glory. I'm only interested in doing so just as something to keep me out of mischief :)
