If your desire is strong enough for it, pull the trigger. Always remember that these never go out of style which is rare for an avant-garde watch.
If you have any experience with other novelty or unconventional watches, you should know if it will prove worthwhile or not. If not, I wouldn't start here.
I have the gold ventura. I even put a silver band on it to match Elvis'. One of my favorite watches
