For me, excellent quality and very good precision to make the watch as it was in the 60s with better materials. The Chronomaster is an iconic watch that even an entire book has.
I have the automatic version. The quality of the case is outstanding, it’s running about +2sec/day, and the text & markers are very finely printed (you might need glasses to read them). I dont have any complaints.
I didnt love the beads of rice bracelet. The loose tolerance of where the bracelet but up the case was pretty apparent, it would slide up or down about 1mm, and on one side was usually crooked. It was comfortable however and looked good from a distance.
I've got a brown fume dial F77. Fit and finish is reasonable for the price, and it keeps time fairly well (but not to COSC levels). The winding action leaves a bit to be desired as it seems to be fighting back. I don't feel strongly enough about the brand to highly recommend them, but I also don't feel that there would be any reason to avoid them either.

I have two. An Antarctic and a Super Antarctic. Both have been great.
I think they offer good value and quality for the money.

by the way Nivada Grenchen and the Chronomaster was sold under the Croton brand in the United States I think due to branding problems
Many models were robust expedition proven tool watches. For a little more info:

I love mine. I agree with what others have said above me. They’re made very well, keep great time and look amazing.
