GADA watches around $100-150?

Looking for a black dialed EDC/GADA/Everyday watch, preferably auto, and at least the availability of a bracelet.  Not ruling out Eco-Drive because it has a different appeal than regular quartz.  Sapphire can be had with Chinese brands at this price point, but there's just something missing- the story? Idk I have a bunch if Chinese watches that are excellent value for money but Seiko or Timex just feels better even with inferior specs...weird because I never thought I'd feel that way.  Hamilton khaki auto would be it if I could afford it.  I have scoured forums, YouTube, etc but can't land on anything because I keep thinking I'll just know when I find it lol..the hunt continues

You might look into a Casio - either the Edifice or Wave Ceptor line. A lot of them are solar and are extremely reasonably priced.

The older Seiko 5 models can be had for less than $120 on a bracelet. I have a few of my dad's from the 90s that still run and look great today.

I do like it, but for some reason I don't like the 4 o'clock crown on a feild watch.  The 5kx looks like they forgot to finish the watch to me lol- thank you for the suggestion!

Yeah the edifice line is a good suggestion- I'll check some out, thank you!

I've been considering this one- 43mm tho

There is also this Chandler, which is 39mm, but you would probably need to change the strap for a true GADA watch. (I actually have this one in my collection)

Look at Orient.  If they are not for you then they are not for you.

I've been looking at it, somebody in WUS found a bracelet for it on Ali Express- so its a contender- thx!

Yeah the Defender 2 is in there- would already have it but the mineral glass seems to sit quite proud of the bezel-  if I can find a piece of sapphire cheap enough as a backup I'd probably pull the trigger- but then for $160+ I'm like well for $234 there's a Tissot powermatic 80 right now 😑 but the lume is bad..then the cycle restarts at the $40 Expedition lol..

I have this too. I think it would look great on a black strap.

The Pagani Design PD1723 is a nice little watch for under $200

And I love that the oyster style clasp has an extension so I can adjust it on the go.
