Just finished assembling my first ever watch. Took me a while to get all the parts together and tools but assembling was actually less Of a pain than feared (it was still pain especially when the seconds hand and minute hand decided to just start dancing around after setting everything into the case 😂
let me know what you guys think.

Looks even nicer on the bracelet.
Very nice, I love that style of a watch.
Yep, done a few myself. Everything is easy apart from the hands. I recently put in a new movement for a friend, which entailed putting a second hand of a sub-dial in, and that was crazy difficult
is it like pick a part from company like dlw, namoki, yoboki and put them together? that is pretty expensive watch to build
A winner!
Looks great! 👌

Thanks for the compliment ^^

Exactly like that. I think chose watch and style and a couple of other ones to get all the parts. And yes it’s not the cheapest thing to do but it’s fun to design your very own watch and then building it yourself.

Totally agree. Especially the second hand did take some time
Looks great! I'm using the same dial in my explorer build too.
Great looking watch and unique to you!

Thank you. Just noticed though that I need to find different hour hands…slightly out of proportion but maybe next quarter project.
You should - it’s insanely rewarding and really what you need is just patience 😂 and a steady hand. Especially the seconds hand is a fight with yourself.
Rodico or sticky-tack is the best for handling the hands to install. Tweezers can ping them to Narnia so fast you can't even see the direction they fly off into.

Totally agree. I also used rodico- a little expensive but worth the investment ^^
That looks really nice! I'm a big fan of Panerai-style dials. Is the case actually waterproof to 200m or is that a result of mix-and-matching the parts? 😀

The case apparently has 100m water proof rating - but I would have my watch repair man have a look before testing it myself 😂
Looks really cool!!!🔥 How long did it take you in assembling the whole thing? Do you already have a name for it?

Thanks. It took me all in all ~2hrs maybe slightly more. But I think with routine you can for it way quicker and if the hands would have stuck the first time it would have been way quicker ;) also having had to watch YouTube videos to remind oneself how to f.ex. removing and inserting the stem took some time.
as for naming open for any suggestions: role-rai? 🤣
