Jumping in to comment as I have the same watch, it wears really nicely! It's 42mm but with the wire lugs, I think it would work on a 15cm wrist for sure.
As for the Pioneers, they can be pretty big but have you looked into the new 40m sized one? I think that one might be better than the bigger ones for you.

I have the same piece! It was my first (and only) high horology watch puchase as well. Got a great deal on one even though it wasn't my first choice Moser, but have zero regrets after wearing it for a month plus.
The ONE thing I didn't dig about this watch was the white stitching on the kudu leather strap. The Endeavours have the same kudu brown with mono-colored stitching, but I'm sure this strap with the white stitching also has its fans.

The only two integrated bracelet watches that have appealed to me from a design standpoint are the Romain Gauthier Continuum, and the H Moser Streamliner. Unfortunately both are way out of reach for me so I'll carry on with regular straps!
