Nothing happened to them ;) they are not there. It is a 12 hour indicator but is shown from 6am till 4 pm.
As for confusing dials… this one is another onehander by this brand ;) inspired by automotive industry of 70’s and 80’s

Don’t pay for this one if you haven’t already. It has some issues with the bracelet and can fall off your wrist any time soon 😂😂😂
