Black ceramic case

Hi: My first post! With the help of a friend and a local watch shop, I'm attempting what I'll call a super-homage(?) IWC Top Gun (IW326906) in 38-41mm. Will do a custom dial (with date complication, without IWC branding of course!) and will 'franken' the crown, movement and caseback.

Starting with the case: Is it even possible to get a black ceramic case like this somewhere? I've looked and come up empty so far except for a 1:1 super-replica, and I don't want to go that route. Any guidance on where to get the best-quality-possible black case, ceramic or otherwise, would be super-appreciated! Love the site and the opportunity to post here by the way.

It’s processing. Where would you get the parts from?

Processing: (?)

Parts: from wherever I can get them. Lots of sellers on platforms like Ebay and AliExpress, and others with their own websites as well. Some decent PVD black cases are out there (and super-cheap), but I'd like to spend more and get a [much] better case, be it from a watch mod shop or from a donor watch (new or used or even broken). Seiko/Seiko-compatible cases are the most common and have the most options for fitting with a variety of crystals, crowns, etc., but I haven't found what I can see as a good 38-41mm DLC or, hopefully, ceramic case in black.
