Happy* Leap Day 02/29/24 *Timex & Armitron excluded

๐ŸŽถ(Two) of these things are not like the others...๐ŸŽต

March 1st? Really?

I'll give the Ironman a pass, since this watch is approaching the end of its fourth decade. Maybe Timex didn't believe it would last this long when the module was programmed? Maybe it's because it doesn't care what year it is? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ No excuse for Armitron, though. YOU are not vintage, You are a reissue. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Anyone else notice this today?

โฌ**Edit**โฌ

So, I went back and corrected the dates, and I realized neither one accounts for the year when in the "setting" mode. Makes more sense now, but I'm still looking at you, Armitron. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜‚

The calendar on that module is supposed to be pre-programmed until the year 2099, according to the manual. Unfortunately, without some major breakthroughs in medical science, I won't be around to find out. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Now I need to go check my Armitron...

Ask someone to check it out for you, then tell you in the afterlife

I'm also waiting to see what happens, having reset them both. ๐Ÿ‘€
