Hi guys! As a watch collector I probably live in the wrong place... So I'm trying to keep on with this hobby taking the best I can with the less money as possible. That's why I'm collecting Islander watches. I speak Spanish here so feel free to write me in Español lol

So you are going for an exclusively Islander collection? That would be a true collection.

I also have a lot of old Seiko watches.... But I rarely use them, Sapphire crystal is a must in my wrist I use to scratch every other type of crystal

Sapphire Crystal + Solid end links + Incredible Lume + reliable movement + Affordable price.... Thats a win win combo
Welcome to WatchCrunch.
I don't know what's so wrong about your location to be a watch lover. Today it's definitely better than mine 😉 I'm from Russia, man. Welcome to WatchCrunch!

yes, you can be a watch lover from everywhere... but hardly a watch buyer hahaha... I know some watches are made in Russia like "Vostok" or "Raketa" would you recommend a watch from there to buy? Thx
welcome to watchcrunch, im living at small village from indonesia. watchnerd population less than 10 people here 😂

I love classical Vostok Amphibias. They are specific with their own charm that I love. No sapphire there, only acrylic, no good finishing or accurate movement. But the soul is there. At least for me. I think modern Raketa are heavily overpriced. Molnia watches are too big for me and Shturmanskie are basically old Soviet movements in new cases. So I don't know if I can recommend any. Though if you pull the trigger and allow yourself to love Vostoks they would respond
Be glad you can’t buy as many watches. Less mistakes. 😜
Welcome!
Welcome and Enjoy!
