Watch shopping in Paris
So many brands here I’ve only seen on the internet before. Some like these Junghans I’ll probably never buy. But they are so lovely.
This is the one I would choose, the Max Bill:
But at the very top of my realistic price range are these Hamiltons:
At a more realistic price point for me are these Iron Annnies:
And these Zeppelins:
Here are the two I’m considering:
My Flightmaster already does what they do, and arguably does it better. Even my Pagani Speedmaster clone does this well.
But these are so damn pretty doing it.
I’m going to look at other watches before deciding. I’d like to see a Junkers and a Sternglas too. And maybe I could get a better price - these are at BHV, a large Paris department store here.
But I’m enjoying the search, and having the watch on the wrist is so much better than online photos or even the best YT reviews.

Have a couple Of Junghans… and I hardly wear lol…
I really like that cream zeppelin.
I like the colors on that Iron Annie dial. Unusual combination of a sort of brownish coppery thing. Nice.
