Just received this Jules Jorgensen watch that I ordered on Ebay for $67. I am currently learning and gathering tools to get into watch making, and purchased this as a project. It looks like this will not be a project watch because it really runs great. I was very surprised to see these numbers when I placed it on my timegrapher. And the variation between the different positions is not bad for an old watch either. I am just over the moon with this watch.

They don't get enough love anymore. What movement does it have?
pop the back and have a look for darker stuff around the jewels. Old oil solidifies there. If its clean just enjoy that good looking watch. It should have an ETA, Pre 1974 built by other places but branded.

I am not sure what movement this is.

the movement reference is by the balance wheel beside the wheel bridge. They farmed out production to a few places.

It is actually quite different from thay movement. The main bridge has a different shape, different ampunts of jewels on that bridge. The balances are also quite different. But the one you sent is probably older as it doesn't have any shock protection.

Finally figured what movement it is. FHF 66.
