Tuesday. SUPER special watch. It was the watch I was finally able to convince my wife to start her collection by strategically offering her this birth year HMT watch from her mother land as a his and hers.
After that I got the chance to build her 3 more custom watches to continue peeking her interests. After that she dug up 2 more watches that where gifted from family years ago and I quickly swapped the battery out. She went from never wearing a watch to wearing one while just hanging out at home and having a full collection now!

Awesome HMTs. Where did you get the bracelets for them? I have an HMT Chirag with a yellow dial. I have a black rubber Hadley Roma sport strap on it. Its the best looking strap or anything that I can find for it. I really don't care for the bumblebee look though. Those bracelets look great.

It makes me wonder…I have three Vostok Komandirskie examples, one of which is quite clearly in an Amphibia case. Sometimes I think the watchmakers at these places may just grab the closest parts bin and build whatever… 🧐😂
