Well, I wasn't looking for a new field watch, but I got an email from Boderry with a very aggressive promotion.
And... yeah... decided to pull the trigger. My 9yr old son has a skeleton Boderry that he quite enjoys, and the quality is decent enough. I'm curious what I'll get for this price.
So, pulled the trigger.
Wish me luck!

What movement is in this? For $62 this seems like a tempting steal! Especially a sapphire crystal and titanium case… can’t wait to hear your thoughts.
Says it is a Miyota 8215.
I have been looking for a new beater for work and i just happen to see the email today and i bought one without really thinking about it. I mean for the price even if it’s half decent I’ll be happy
Where does it come from?
Manufactured in China. This is an excerpt from their page:
"We have an independent assembly plant to better control quality and provide excellent after-sales service. Each BODERRY watch is assembled by our team and undergoes strict quality control before it can be worn on your wrist."
Just come across these on Amazon and for 79GBP it seems too good to be true. How is yours holding up?

My hyperactive 10yr old keeps it on 100% of the time, including during bathing. It runs a little fast (probably 30sec per day), so it needs to be adjusted every few days, but it has held up remarkably well. I would have thought he would have trashed it by now... He's gone through a couple straps though.

Sounds like it's passed the test but do I need another watch right now?

It isn't the nicest watch I've ever seen, but it is a fantastic beater.
