Today’s impulse buy
Came cross this 556 MoP dial in a watch shop while I was in Singapore for the day. I was curious since I’m from the US and we don’t have Sinn ADs with physical stores in the states. The dial instantly won me over and then I learned that I get a tax discount on this since I’m just transiting through Singapore and then the AD gave me a slight discount which meant I paid under US RRP. Though an impulse buy and I definitely need to control this habit of spending, I’m really, really happy

This is my favorite Sinn. The dial is gorgeous. Sometimes simplicity wins out.
Nice timepiece! I called a well known buyer and seller for pre owned watches when I first became interested in Sinn timepieces. The fella laughed and said the whole time that he worked for his employer he has seen one(1) Sinn watch, not exactly the most popular kid in school.

Thank you! All my other watches have date and I consider that an important complication but this dial is best without any breakage in it and so I’ve my first and likely only non date watch.

Yeah, it’s very much an enthusiast type brand and given the price point they’re in I suspect any grey market dealer can make any money on it.
