My wife got me an Apple Watch…..
I have to admit, it kind of altered my way of collecting and looking at watches. This Series 9 battery lasts 3 days, longer than some of my automatics…….
It made me think way more about quality and what the watch offers……
I blame her for selling off most of my collection! 🤣😂😩

I, too, recently added an Apple Watch.. more like out of curiosity than a desire to step to the other side. You are correct. I am impressed…
I have an iPhone and decades purchasing of Apple products. I refuse to give them another dime of my money for one of their watches, They’re always trying to upsell me something, rearrange the OS and it pisses me off! Also because I know what draconian uses for the data they’re constantly collecting on us. If everything are already owned wasn’t Apple I certainly wouldn’t go down that path again these days, and I would probably be an android user. That’s just me I guess.

There really is no point in holding onto too many other watches when one has this.
Trust me, the affect is temporary. Take it from a guy who had the same thought and then the notifications, the interruptions, the glares when it looks like your constantly checking your watch during conversations….you’ll come to the same conclusions as we all did. Apple Watch has it’s place and time pieces have theirs. Then you’ll start collecting again. Enjoy the watch!
