So I'm going to Saudi arabia 🇸🇦 this week

And I want to get a watch ⌚️ To memorize this experience However I only have 100 USD Budget so .. what would you recommend ?

Seiko, Orient, and Vostok seem most likely to have good options at $100 - esp if you look for a used model online. Maybe a Gulf War Dial Vostok - would turn into your trip.

Is that your picture? That's a strange watch. It says "Komandirskie", but it doesn't look like a Vostok. Is also says "death to spies", which is the full name of SmerSh, which was a WWII counter-intelligence... and also a fictional Cold War counter-intelligence. This looks too new for either Second World or Cold War.
