Who has the biggest dangly bits??

Wow! Almost £3k for a G shock, so who is brave enough?

What? I almost thought that was a joke so I had to check! Not a chance.

I like it but can’t justify it when I have these 2. I will say though that the quality will be very good and anyone who sneers at the cost/value of a high quality Casio (MRG) is either ignorant or a snob.

Wow 3k for a throwaway (ok after 10years) plastic watch, makes the blancswatch look even better value💸💸💸💸

·

I can see the appeal for those who love the brand, but want something more premium.

It's no more or less silly than paying thousands of dollars for a mechanical watch.

·

If I had 2.8k spare then yes! I do love the MR-G squares, the craftsmanship & materials used are more than just a simple upgrade to any standard resin, or indeed metal cased square G's in the lower ranges

It’s an MR-G no ordinary G-shock, made from titanium and has all there top tech, check out there video about how they made it , and you’ll think the price is a bit more reasonable

Plottwist: Casio models are for exhibition only nowadays... 😄

Hmmmm so it’s still a $2 module so are we saying the case is worth $3k? San Martin will give you a full titanium case and bracelet (grade 5 by the way) for $400 so I just don’t get it. Factor in Japanese wages and I still don’t get it

San Martin 😂🤭couldn’t do it if they tried, just watch the video

I did! Still don’t get it. Loads of companies are doing Titanium for a fraction of that price so the price is not because of that. All the other things, getting hit with a hammer etc is doable with a standard resin square and I can get that for £100. So if the tuffness is the same, the module is the same then you’re paying £3000 for a case and bracelet. Don’t get me wrong, it obviously floats your boat, however I think they are taking the proverbial haha. Christopher Ward are doing a Titanium 12 with a Swiss COSC movement for £1500.
