Aqua Terra… a Long Honeymoon

I‘m sure others have posted about the length of a honeymoon phase once you acquire a new watch.  I have to tell you, I think I’ll be honeymooning with the AT for a long time. I‘ve had it on my wrist for nearly a month, save for Tuesdays…because, you know, Tuesday and all.

For those out there with a few in their collection, what’s the longest honeymoon phase you remember?

I find that it takes me some time to warm up to a new watch. After a few weeks, I end up really warming up to a new watch and it becomes the new "go to". The Aqua Terra is mega. Enjoy!!

Love that Aqua Terra. That's the exact one I'd go for if I were to add one to my collection. I love that subtle pop of bright blue on the word "Seamaster".

I picked up this Speedmaster Racing exactly 4 months ago, and during that time it's probably been on my wrist for more than half the time. I have a reasonably large collection, and usually change watches every day, but for some reason I keep reaching for this one.

Have owned the last quartz AT model at 38mm. Absoyone of my favorite have ever owned. And yours is even better. I wouldn't take that one off either.

Thank you @Adan.A !  I agree...this one has 'go to' status written all over it.

Beautiful Speedy!  And I bet that thing is an absolute strap monster!  I can envision so many leather bands and NATOs working so well with that dial.  Well done!

Thanks. I picked it up pre-owned last year with full box and papers, along with remaining warranty, and a wonderful Aaron Bespoke brown alligator strap for < 60% of MSRP.

The watch is also available from Omega with a black alligator strap, which looks awesome. I think I might try to find a nice black strap with subtle orange stitching to match the tiny bit of orange on the dial.

Very nice watch. Simple but interesting design. I like the colour and the position of the date window. Everything in one line with the Omega logo. The bracelet looks very robust and high quality !!

Great watch. I just picked mine up this week.  My longest honeymoon is probably my submariner. It was my dream watch for so long and I still feel lucky to own it.
