🤣 indeed. I was also a little sad when Omega announced the new 3861 Speedy seemingly right after I finally bought mine but have fortunately been enjoying the watch too much since. Plus, I'm so old now that the whole tachymeter ring blurs together so I can't notice the dot over 90 anyway. The new movement now . . . (who am I kidding/ I wouldn't notice that either without another instrument to test it with).

You know, I got mine back in the days before the time of internet, I was a wee lad, I was excited about owning "the same" watch as all those astronauts were wearing, didn't even know about dot placement until a few years ago, and never really cared, nor do I care today
