Service Update on Vintage Seiko Diver 6309 from 1977
Been waiting on a new mainspring and gasket set to arrive before starting the service.
The mainspring arrived today so started the strip down clean and inspection of all parts. No issues found.
The basic movement has been rebuilt and oiled and placed on the timegrapher will run the movement overnight before finishing off the key less and calendar works. Note the movement is not yet running on a full wind and no adjustments made yet.
