In fairness that's quite a long white cloud off to the right there. The tourist brochure doesn't lie. ;)

It's on the list. My daughter was there in 2014; loved it. Be good to get a change in scenery from mountains, rain and sheep in Wales to .. err... mountains, rain and sheep. 🤣

Let's not mention the rugby. 🤫

Stay safe buddy. Covid is really doing a number on NZ at the moment. I like to think of myself as a Kiwi, being a permanent resident, who moved to Wellington in 2013.

My wife had to leave when covid hit, as all the visa offices shut down. and we could not get hers extended, so I am now in Thailand, but still work in NZ. Sucks getting up at 3:45 AM to make my 10:00 AM standup :)

I have sailed to Waiheke a few times, from Auckland (sailing is my hobby), and it's an awesome sail and a great destination. Nice place to grab a bit to eat, and drink some amazing wine!

Wow, what a perfect morning.  On our list with the borders opening up but it's a looooong way from Perth.

Thanks. The hard part is I am enjoying it here a lot! I am waiting for travel to normalize and I think I will be going back and forth between the two countries a lot.

I do miss Ryan at 545 watches down in Wellington. I used to be a weekly visitor to his shop :)
