Stunning view of Oneroa Bay Waiheke Island NZ with a Seiko of course
In fairness that's quite a long white cloud off to the right there. The tourist brochure doesn't lie. ;)
Yeah land of the long white cloud we do get some glorious mornings come down one day
It's on the list. My daughter was there in 2014; loved it. Be good to get a change in scenery from mountains, rain and sheep in Wales to .. err... mountains, rain and sheep. 🤣
Sounds very similar sometimes and then throw in some Rugby
Let's not mention the rugby. 🤫
Stay safe buddy. Covid is really doing a number on NZ at the moment. I like to think of myself as a Kiwi, being a permanent resident, who moved to Wellington in 2013.
My wife had to leave when covid hit, as all the visa offices shut down. and we could not get hers extended, so I am now in Thailand, but still work in NZ. Sucks getting up at 3:45 AM to make my 10:00 AM standup :)
I have sailed to Waiheke a few times, from Auckland (sailing is my hobby), and it's an awesome sail and a great destination. Nice place to grab a bit to eat, and drink some amazing wine!
Wow, what a perfect morning. On our list with the borders opening up but it's a looooong way from Perth.
Take care hope you and your wife can get back soon

Watch collector and hobbyist mainly vintage Seiko Divers that include mechanical and quartz and digital LCD and vintage chronographs. Just a watch guy. The Seiko and Pulsar watches that I have posted...
