Where did Zelos brand get its name?
Question for fans of Singaporean microbrand Zelos:
Anyone know if the founder got the name as a reference from the Konami video game franchise Gradius?

I think Zelos comes from the greek deity Zelus/Zelos.
But, who knows? Maybe Elshan is a Gradius fan.
Named after the Greek God Zelus/ Zelos. God of zeal, envy, jealousy etc.

Funny thing is, even on this niche Elshan faced an unexpected rival, since Phoibos goes for the same niche but their naming scheme is also derived from a Greek god instead of the usual faux Italian fancy name brand most microbrands tend to go for.
Hell, both brands equally go nuts when it comes to the application of Superluminova and BGW9.
