I hate Rolex
I have been relatively short time in watch collecting, and I have never had a Rolex, so why that resounding statement? I do not like a brand to speculate with its products in order to become more exclusive because for the true lover of watches that is not worth it. I have spoken to owners of Rolex and Grandseiko and they tell me that Rolex is light years away from japanese but the big difference between one and the other is that one is called Seiko and the other is Rolex.I hate middlemen who hoard units and then speculate on them and Rolex knows this and allows it. Rolex only sells smoke for those who say I have it and you don't. Greetings and thank you very much, see you soon

You literally just joined just to say that? You will not make many friends here with that approach as this is not Reddit or WUS. Many here own and collect all kinds of watches including Rolex. One can equally like Rolex as much as Grand Seiko as much as Hamilton, etc.
Everyone has a right to an opinion but we are not used to hate in here. I don’t hate any brands or watches. Some I’m not so fond of but then I normally just hold my breath.

Yep. It is equally as easy to put down many other brands, but why? I am all for letting people enjoy what they like, never mind allowing myself to a spot emotionally to hate a something as arbitrary as a brand, store, etc. Much easier to just not but said brand.
