The original cocktail time
Keeping with my love of the unusual, and “insomnia bidding” I bought this Ernst Borel cocktail watch from the mid 60s. I love the rotating seconds disc that works against a reverse version hour disc. I tried to capture this in a gif. Some polish, some poly watch and it’ll be good as new. As I understand it, these were never officially imported but were sold on cruise ships due to taxes. See? Unusual. 😜
