Looking for my "daily driver"
I really want to buy a watch i can wear everyday without worrying about scratches or it getting stolen. I really like the grand seiko snowflake but thats way too far out of my budget. Do you know about any watch that is simmilar to the snowflake but sub €1000?

SARX055. Love it to death. And it's a strap monster. Like the snowflake, it's titanium, and finishing is excellent.

What you have pictured is the Skyflake (blue snowflake) which has some different characteristics from the regular snowflake. I have the skyflake and really love that watch, worth aiming for one day!
That said, if you’re looking for something with some similar characteristics to the white dial snowflake I’d recommend this use a daily driver. I wish I had known about them when I first started collecting. They also make many different color variations.

Yo man, I put all my watches on all sorts of straps. I love the SARX055 on brown leather, black saffiano, and blue alligator. It looks good on practically any strap!

I think another option is to save up for the actual watch. If the actual watch is way beyond my budget, then I would may be look at the pre-owned pieces. Alternative watches would be my last resort. But, if that’s what you want, then yes, wear what you like. 🍻
