StrapsCo (not Strapcode) has been a great source for me for mid-grade straps at good prices. They also have a clearance section that when combined with their other discounts offers some real bargains. Happy hunting!

For leather I'm happy with Sagittarius.
Delugs is a great brand. They cover practically any lug distance you need and have a few different leather types for you to choose from.
Rochet, French brand.
Maybe get a Hirsch if you’re looking for some leather.

I guess it comes down to your definition of “affordable”. Some of these brands aren’t what I would consider affordable, but make nice straps.
Barton, Vario and Straphabit for me ... and prob not the most affordable choices, but Ive worked with each and each's customer service is solid.
Barton
Blu Shark has awesome ones.
