When did this happen?
A few days back I proposed a badge for HMT. I'm not very active on WC these days, just checking in 3/4 times a week. Today all of a sudden I saw the HMT badge is realised.
So my question to regular people is, when was this badge issued? Did I really influence it or was it on the pipeline already? 😀
Regardless, I'm very happy this badge came through. Thank you @Max and @WatchCrunch Team!

#hmt ? I got nothing.
No idea when the HMT badge showed up. I proposed a couple of ideas not too long ago, and then recently saw that one of them is now a badge. Not sure if it was already one and I overlooked it before, or if several people had the same idea as me and they finally caved in ? Maybe they could acknowledge crunchers when they use their idea for a badge...Maybe with a badge? 😂 "Successfully submit 5 badge ideas that end up being used, and receive a badge. 👌"

What does it HMT stand for?
Hindustan Machine Tools - It's a public sector company of Govt. of India, founded in 1953. It manufactures heavy machining tools like tractors, printing machines, defence tools, etc. Their watch division, HMT Watches, was established in 1961 with the first watch factory in Bangalore. The rest is history. TLDR, they are still active at a limited capacity. The only places to find genuine pieces are on their website or at stores in Karnataka.

Despite loving HMT I was initially thinking of #hyt which may have a badge as well. I should go check my count. I know I've commented on HMT a good deal but I fear that previous activity does not get retroactively acknowledged.
