Hate to say it, but it looks like half the Grand Seikos out there.
There is such a thing as strong brand DNA but Grand Seiko takes it a little too far imho.

Why would you ordinarily say pink when you can describe a specific moment in time and space.
Grand Seiko knows the art of dials man. This is a stunner color. Hip, sheek, and mesmerizing

I get why they're loved but I sorta agree. I'm not their customer base, more of a tool watch, but I find them kinda bland. Their hand sets are incredle and the movements and tech are next level, just not for me.

I'm not so sure - I reckon there's gotta be a guy in marketing whose sole job is to write a 25 word essay on the same Autumn leaf as it changes colour every 24 hours and he's probably seated next to the cherry blossom guy …

I'd be so disappointed if a Grand Seiko release was described as 'pink' or 'blue'. I mean their descriptions are a load of shit but I smile when I read 'em!

I got confused in 20th anniversary as I recall there was 20th anniversary last 2019. So this anniversary is specifically for automatic spring drive not hand-wound. Not sure if design was influenced due to shunbun popularity. Looks cool! Kinda curious how it looks personally as beauty of GS are much appreciated on the wrist 😀

To be fair - Sprig drive is worth celebrating. Pretty impressive tech.
