My first G-Shock the 2nd time round.
Several years ago I purchased a used Casio G-Shock GD-350-1 that was in great shape except for a crack in the crystal over the crosshairs dial indicator. It quickly became a favorite until it mysteriously joined the land of missing socks.
Recently I found a new GD-350-1 at an excellent price. With the greenish tint on the lcd screen and the crisp digital display it is a super legible watch. It has tiny red highlights at the left and right edge of the bezel. The vibrating alarms and countdown timer are useful and just about impossible to miss.
I would have to say my favorite feature is the excellent light that this watch has and the red band that magically appears under the day and date on the display when the light is deployed.
If you have a chance to pick up one of these G-Shocks it might become one of your favorites as well.
