Dive Level Water Resistance - Ideas for a Gift
My SIL works in an office and wears an old Burberry watch that he got during college. It is NOT waterproof and my hubby swapped out the movement when SIL got it wet. Then almost immediately he got it wet again, this time trashing the dial. He brought it back to dear hubby to "fix" it again.
I feel compelled to buy him a watch he can get wet, that he can swap to a leather band and wear to the office and stop the madness. But I don't want to spend a ton. $750 max
He's super fussy so its a long shot. But I'm up for the challenge.
I was looking at a Casio Duro but it screams "dive" with the bezel etc. He won't like that. Looking for options with a cleaner, simple style that are safe for swimming or being thrown into a pool. That he can wear to tennis or golf as easily as a meeting at work.

Can’t see where you are located but, if in the US, have a look at Nodus watches they have a good range esp. Sector Sport/Field/Dive with good water resistance and which can all be on bracelets or are “strap monsters” suiting a wide variety of straps.
They have been getting good reviews and are high on my list - but as I am not in the US import duties makes them a little pricey.
